Performance Review System
Our review - development program creates an opportunity for you and your manager to discuss your job performance goals and aspirations.
We see it as an opportunity for individual with their manager to give and receive feedback, reflection and acknowledgement. The process allows for the individual and managers to highlight training setting goals and target for the next year. Through this program, we can create an action plan for each employee.
We acknowledge that in our busy environment it is sometimes hard to find the time to engage in meaningful dialogue which allows reflection and creative thinking and therefore have developed a program which encourages and supports the conversation through:
• a self assessment and feedback process
• acknowledging current practice, responsibilities and contribution
• identifying Personal Growth opportunities and
• exploring opportunities to contribute to the organisations strategic direction
We have created an on-line review tool to help everyone engaging in this process to get a better outcome. With the program, you will be prompted when reviews are due and have access to archived information. If you are a Manager, you will have the ability to allocate and manage the feedback process through e-mail alerts, access previous reports, review detailed development plans for your department.
The program has been developed for all employees to have a wonderful opportunity to openly and positively discuss their job performance in a user-friendly way.
